Air Technology Systems recently held a summer party to celebrate our 25th anniversary!
This is a significant milestone to reach and we are all very proud to be part of a growing and successful organisation. We continue to invest in training and development, including five apprentices attending college and many others on technical and managerial development courses.
We are committed to ensuring the company is an enjoyable and rewarding place to work for all, and this is indicated with our high employment retention rates. The average employment time is now at 5 years and we believe this is a significant factor in our on-going success.
We will continue to invest an increasing proportion of profits in the development of the staff, processes and technology to ensure we continue to give our customers the best service possible.
