Steve started Air Technology Systems in 1992 and remains the Managing Director today. “Our success has been achieved through refining our strategy, combined with the commitment and patience of key personnel. The original mission statement which is still relevant today was written with a focus on ensuring an open and trusting culture and a commitment to continuous improvement of the business and its people and this is something we still embody today”.
Rebecca joined ATS in 1998 as an Apprentice Design Engineer and has been fortunate to grow along with the business, eventually being promoted to Operations Director in 2012. “Now I have experienced working in every department of the business this has stood me in good stead to understand the different challenges we face both at a business and individual level. My experience allows me to operate in a way where I remain in touch with balancing the ever changing and evolving needs of the business, our customers and our people”.

Dan started working with ATS in 2013, settled in the South West of England managing projects from sales through to handover. “After spending 5 years working across the Climate Control & Industrial Departments, I was asked to move into management of the Industrial Department. The last 3 years have been a huge journey as in this management role I had to learn a new style of leadership and operation, I have now started my new venture as Plastics Business Manager”.
